The International Festival "Slavic Wreath" (hereinafter - the Festival) is held annually to the Days of Ukrainian Culture in Burgas, Bulgaria.

The festival is held under the slogan "In unity - strength!"

The festival is held with the aim of familiarizing and promoting Ukrainian culture in Bulgaria and Bulgarian culture in Ukraine with creative achievements of professional folk groups and pop artists from Ukraine and Bulgaria; to create conditions for free access to the cultural achievements of our peoples.

People's diplomacy is a mission and a bulwark of friendship between Slavic peoples.

Organizing committee of the festival
          Preparation and conducting of the festival is carried out by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee solves the organizational, advertising, informational, technical and financial support of the festival, attracts the specialists necessary for its organization, develops the program and estimates of the festival, and resolves issues that are not covered in this position.

Participants of the festival.
The festival is attended by professional folk groups and singers from Europe.

The conditions of the festival.
Collections and individual performers who are invited to participate in the festival will present folk and pop art of their country. Speeches must be in national costumes or costumes by genre using the requisite requisites and musical accompaniment.

Musical and vocal works are performed only in "live sound". The length of the performance of the folk group for 10 minutes and soloists up to 5 minutes.

Financing the festival.
The organizers of the event and sponsors of the Festival are responsible for the costs of preparation, organization and holding of the festival. The organizers of the festival provide funding for advertising and informational events of the preparatory stage of the festival, technical support, preparation, organization, holding of festive concerts devoted to the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture and other events in accordance with the festival program, this provision and the approved estimate.

Contribution of participants from the Ukrainian side is attached. Expenses for travel of representatives of culture from Ukraine are at the expense of the sending party.

Program of participation of the festival participants in Burgas, Bulgaria.
Participants arrive in Burgas, Bulgaria on July 15, 2018, on the eve of the opening of the festival and serve after its completion and rest at the sea. The program of stay of delegations and participants of the festival in the city of Bourgas is discussed and agreed upon at a joint meeting of team leaders with the organizing committee in three months.

Summing up.
To select future participants of the Festival and summing up the creative competition of the Festival participants, an International Jury will be created.

All participants of the festival become the winners of the festival, are awarded with appropriate diplomas and receive memorable gifts.

The term and place of the festival.
International Festival "Slavic Wreath" will be held in Bourgas, Bulgaria, on July 21-22, 2018 at the concert stage "Okhlevo", a central park near the sea.

Participants of the festival will have the opportunity to take part in the Contest of the Ukrainian song by Kateryna Buzhinska in Bulgaria in the Midia Grand Resort on 07/17/2018 at the place of residence.

The Green Park Camp is located in the southern resort town of Kiten (a peaceful resort that is very suitable for children's recreation)
The camp is surrounded by a beautiful natural park (none of the other camps have such a nature).
Has its own beach (luxurious Atliman beach), 100 m from the camp through the park.
Accommodation - rooms for 4 people.
Meal - 4 single, buffet with drinks.
